This is the culmination of my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at Brigham Young University - Idaho. I authored, designed, arranged, and crafted this book. It is about the people, land, and the food. The book itself was completely hand made by myself. The front image of the book is a letterpress stamp I had made. It means "Beyond the Food" or simply put, the book is about more then the recipes that are contained inside.
